- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 🥚 3 eggs, beaten
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp rice oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp parsley flakes
LANGKAH
Chop the bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Optionally, add water, broth, or milk for a fluffier texture.
Heat rice oil in a pan over low heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the eggs into a soft scramble, about 80% done, and set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry the bell pepper and onion until slightly softened.
Combine the scrambled eggs with the stir-fried vegetables and cook together briefly.
Sprinkle parsley flakes on top before serving.
