BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag pea sprouts
- 🎃 1/6 piece pumpkin
Sauce
- 🌰 20g walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍯 2 tsp honey
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
LANGKAH
Cut the pea sprouts into bite-sized lengths and remove the roots. Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces after removing seeds and pulp. Chop the walnuts roughly.
Place the pumpkin and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Mix the sauce ingredients (walnuts, mayonnaise, honey, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Combine the pea sprouts, pumpkin, and sauce in a bowl. Mix gently and serve.
