LANGKAH
Prepare all ingredients.
Remove stems from perilla leaves and slice them thinly.
Blanch the ham in hot water for 1 minute, then slice thinly.
Julienne the carrot into thin strips.
Combine ham, perilla leaves, and carrot in a mixing bowl.
Add rice flour to the bowl.
Add oyster sauce to the mixture.
Pour water into the mixture and adjust the batter consistency.
