BAHAN-BAHAN
Mushrooms
- ๐ 100g king oyster mushrooms
- ๐ 150g brown beech mushrooms
- ๐ 100g enoki mushrooms
Sauce
- ๐ง 5 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- ๐ง 1 tsp salt
- ๐ง 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
LANGKAH
Prepare the mushrooms by slicing king oyster mushrooms thinly, separating brown beech mushrooms, and cutting enoki mushrooms into thirds.
Mix the perilla sauce ingredients: water, perilla powder, salt, and minced garlic.
Heat 1 tbsp of perilla oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry king oyster and brown beech mushrooms for 3 minutes.
Pour the perilla sauce over the mushrooms and stir-fry for another 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry over low heat for 1 minute until the sauce is absorbed.
