- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 200g daikon, sliced into 8mm pieces
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Cut the daikon into 8mm thick slices.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add daikon and stir-fry until coated with oil.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, ginger) and simmer until the sauce thickens.
