- 60g kimchi

- 100g sliced pork belly
Liquids
- 100cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 200cc unsweetened soy milk
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp miso
Toppings
- to taste white sesame seeds

Cut nira, pork belly, and kimchi into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add pork belly, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add water and sake, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, miso), nira, and kimchi. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
