- ๐ 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- ๐ 200g pork slices
Vegetable
- ๐ฑ 4 green beans, cut into 3cm pieces
- ๐ง 2 green onions, chopped
Seasoning
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- ๐ฅ 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- ๐ง Pinch of pepper
LANGKAH
Cut green beans into 3cm pieces.
Mix pork slices with salt, pepper, and cornstarch, and shape into bite-sized balls.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add pork balls, and cook until browned. Add green beans and stir-fry briefly, then cover and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, and pepper to the pan, and stir until well combined.
Serve cooked pork and green beans over rice, and garnish with chopped green onions.
