BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup of soaked rice
Meat
- 🥩 80g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk of green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
- A pinch of toasted sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Chop the green onion into small pieces, separating the white and green parts.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (salt, soy sauce, dashi powder, sesame oil), and water slightly below the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Place pork belly and the white parts of the green onion on top of the rice. Start the regular cooking cycle.
Once cooked, add the green parts of the onion and mix gently. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
