BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms (100g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 packet bonito flakes (4g)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
LANGKAH
Cut the root off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized chunks and microwave them in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 3 minutes at 600W.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and stir-fry until they develop a golden crust. Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning mixture (soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sake) and bonito flakes to the pan. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
