- π₯ 1 avocado
- π 200g pumpkin, seeds removed
Seasonings
- π§ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- π§ 1 tbsp grated cheese
- π₯ 1 tbsp milk
- π 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- π§ Pinch of grated garlic
LANGKAH
Cut the pumpkin into small bite-sized pieces and remove the skin. Slice the avocado lengthwise around the seed, remove the seed and skin, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place the pumpkin in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until soft. Let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix all the β seasonings. Add the avocado and pumpkin, and toss gently to coat evenly.
