BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🎃 150g pumpkin, sliced
- 150g konjac, pre-treated
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Sugar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
LANGKAH
Slice the pumpkin into thin pieces and cut the konjac into bite-sized strips.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pumpkin and konjac for 2–3 minutes.
Add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar to the pan. Stir well to coat the ingredients evenly.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds over the dish and stir for another minute.
Serve warm as a side dish.
