- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🎃 200g pumpkin, seeds removed
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
LANGKAH
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices (5mm thick) and trim off any hard skin. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the tuna in a frying pan over medium heat. Once it starts bubbling, add the pumpkin and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until cooked through.
Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, curry powder) and stir until well combined. Cook until the liquid evaporates.
