Pie Crust
- 1 recipe pastry for a 9-inch single crust pie
LANGKAH
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Stir together one egg, pumpkin, 1/3 cup sugar, and spice. Spread over the bottom of the pie shell.
Combine 2 eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spoon over the pumpkin mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven until filling is set, about 50 minutes.
