BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- Red fish slices 200g
Vegetables
- 🥬 Spinach 100g
- 🧅 Onion, sliced 50g
Soup Base
- Dashi 500ml
- 🍶 Soy sauce 2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt to taste
LANGKAH
Cut the red fish into bite-sized pieces and lightly sprinkle with salt to remove any odor.
Wash the spinach and cut it into pieces around 4 cm long. Slice the onion thinly.
Place the dashi into a pot and heat over medium flame.
Once the dashi boils, add the red fish and simmer for 5 minutes while skimming off the scum.
Add the spinach and onion, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Adjust the flavor with soy sauce and salt if necessary.
After serving, garnish with grated ginger or chopped green onions as desired.
