BAHAN-BAHAN
Base
- ๐ 4 bowls cooked rice (800g)
Protein
- ๐ 300g yellowtail sashimi
Vegetables
- 4 shiso leaves
- ๐ง Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- ๐ฐ White sesame seeds, as needed
- Wasabi, as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- ๐ง 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
LANGKAH
Slice the yellowtail sashimi into bite-sized pieces using a slanted knife technique.
Mix all sauce ingredients except grated ginger in a microwave-safe container. Heat uncovered at 600W for 40โ50 seconds, then add the ginger and let it cool.
Combine the yellowtail sashimi with the sauce in a bowl and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
Serve rice in bowls, place shiso leaves on top, add the marinated sashimi, garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and a side of wasabi.
