BAHAN-BAHAN
Noodles
- 2 bundles (100g) somen noodles
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 🍅 1 cherry tomato, quartered
- 1 bag green leaf lettuce
Protein
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna, drained
Condiments
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mentsuyu (noodle sauce)
- 🧂 Pepper to taste
LANGKAH
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions and rinse with cold water.
Julienne the cucumber, quarter the cherry tomato, and drain the tuna can.
In a bowl, mix somen noodles, cucumber, tuna, and the condiments (mayonnaise, mentsuyu, pepper).
Place green leaf lettuce on a serving plate, top with the somen mixture, and garnish with cherry tomato.
