BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🌱 1 bunch (about 150g) green asparagus
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasoning
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
- 💧 2 tbsp water for steaming
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
LANGKAH
Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion thinly.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (miso, sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar) in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat 2 tsp of salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
Add the asparagus and onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Pour in 2 tbsp of water, cover the pan, and steam for 2 minutes.
Add the miso sauce and stir to coat the ingredients evenly.
Top with 1 tbsp of butter and let it melt into the dish. Serve immediately.
