BAHAN-BAHAN
Bread
- ๐ 6 slices baguette (thinly sliced)
Fish
- ๐ 100g salmon (sashimi grade)
Vegetable
- ๐ฅ 1/2 avocado
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ๐ 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- ๐ง 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- ๐ฟ 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
LANGKAH
Cut the salmon into approximately 7mm cubes.
Peel and cut the avocado into approximately 7mm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Add the avocado and salmon, and mix until well combined.
Toast the baguette slices in a toaster for 3โ4 minutes until golden brown.
Evenly distribute the tartare mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
