BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 fillet (100g) salmon
- 🥦 1/3 head (80g) broccoli
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- Enough flour for coating
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Soup Base
- 💧 200ml water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🥛 200ml milk
LANGKAH
Slice the onion and separate broccoli into small florets.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, sauté the onion until translucent, then add the salmon and cook until its surface changes color.
Add all soup base ingredients except milk, bring to a boil, add broccoli, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Add milk and gently heat without boiling.
