BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g thinly sliced onion
- 30g thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 30g thinly sliced yellow bell pepper
- 🥒 50g julienned cucumber
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 150ml unsweetened tea
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
LANGKAH
Mix the marinade ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, tea, chili) in a bowl. Add onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and cucumber. Stir well.
Cut the salmon fillets into 4 pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until fully cooked.
While still hot, add the cooked salmon to the marinade mixture. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
