BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- ๐ 200g salmon fillets
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- ๐ง 4 green onions
- ๐ 100g maitake mushrooms
- ๐ 100g shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu
- ๐ถ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ๐ง 1 tbsp water
LANGKAH
Season the salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Slice the green onions into small pieces and separate the mushrooms into smaller clusters.
In a pan, combine mentsuyu, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Add the salmon fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add the mushrooms and green onions to the pan. Cover and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve the salmon and vegetables with the simmering sauce poured over.
