BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 4 pieces of salmon fillet
- 🥕 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
- 🧅 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (red or yellow, sliced)
Seasonings
- 🍋 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
- 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Enough aluminum foil
LANGKAH
Preheat the oven to 180℃.
Place the salmon in the center of a piece of aluminum foil, then layer the vegetables and lemon slices on top of the salmon.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then drizzle olive oil over the top.
Wrap the aluminum foil tightly to seal everything inside.
Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Open the foil, plate the ingredients, and the dish is complete.
