    • 🥕 50g carrot
    • 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
    • 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
  • Miso Sauce

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp miso

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrot into thin strips. Trim the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.

Mix the miso sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso) in a bowl.

Place half of the cabbage and carrot on a sheet of aluminum foil. Add one salmon fillet on top, surround it with half the shimeji mushrooms, and drizzle half the miso sauce. Wrap tightly. Repeat for the second portion.

Place the foil packets in a frying pan. Add water (about 1cm deep) to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

Serve the foil packets on plates and garnish with chopped green onions.
