BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- ๐ 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Egg
- ๐ฅ 2 beaten eggs
Fish
- ๐ 40g salmon flakes
Seasoning
- ๐ง 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ๐ง A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- ๐ง Chopped green onion to taste
- ๐ฐ 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Mix beaten eggs and pepper in a bowl, then add cooked rice and combine until evenly coated.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add grated ginger and the egg-coated rice mixture. Stir-fry over medium-high heat until the eggs are cooked. Add salmon flakes and soy sauce, then stir-fry to combine.
Serve the fried rice on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
