BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🐟 2 fillets (200g) salmon
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🍋 1/8 wedge of lemon
Celery Tartar Sauce
- 1/2 stalk celery, minced
- 🥚 1 boiled egg, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
LANGKAH
Remove the strings from the celery and mince it. Mince the boiled egg.
Mix the minced celery, egg, mayonnaise, and pepper in a bowl to make the tartar sauce.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them lightly with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the salmon until both sides are golden brown.
Cover the pan and steam the salmon for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Plate the salmon, top with the celery tartar sauce, and squeeze lemon juice over it.
