BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 2 shiso leaves
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Miso Shio Koji Marinade
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp shio koji
- 1 tbsp mirin
Wakame and Dried Daikon Salad
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
- 20g dried daikon
- 🥕 20g carrot
Namul Dressing
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
LANGKAH
Mix miso, shio koji, and mirin to create the marinade.
Coat salmon fillets and avocado slices with the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the marinated salmon and avocado for 15 minutes.
Soak dried wakame and dried daikon in water until softened, then drain.
Julienne the carrot and mix with wakame and daikon.
Prepare the namul dressing by mixing vinegar, sugar, and salt, then toss with the salad ingredients.
Plate the baked salmon and avocado alongside the wakame and daikon salad.
