BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- π 2 pieces salted salmon
Egg
- π₯ 1 beaten egg
- π₯ 1 boiled egg
Flour
- πΎ As needed all-purpose flour
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Vegetable
- π§ As needed chopped green onion
- π§ 1/4 onion, minced
Seasoning
- π¬ 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- π§ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- πΆ 1 tbsp vinegar
- π§ A pinch of salt and pepper
- π₯ͺ 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- π 1 tsp lemon juice
- π¬ 1 tsp sugar
LANGKAH
Pat the salted salmon dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mince the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Chop the boiled egg into small pieces.
Mix all the β ingredients in a bowl to make the tartar sauce.
Coat the salmon pieces in flour, then dip them into the beaten egg.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the salmon for about 5 minutes until cooked through. Push the salmon to the side and remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Add the β ingredients to the pan and simmer until slightly thickened. Coat the salmon with the sauce.
Serve the salmon on a plate, top with tartar sauce and chopped green onion.
