LANGKAH
Cut the green onion into manageable lengths.

Flip the salmon, cook both sides until browned, then add green onion. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add sake, sugar, and soy sauce in order, shaking the pan to coat the salmon as the sauce reduces.
