- π 2 frozen udon noodles
- π 100g thinly sliced pork
- π§ 1 tsp soy sauce
- πΆ 1 tsp sake
- π₯ 4cm carrot, thinly sliced
- π± 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- π 50g boiled bamboo shoots, julienned
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- π§ A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- π§ 1 tbsp water
- π§ Chopped green onion, as needed
- Chili oil, as needed
Soup
- π§ 600cc water
- π¬ 1 tsp sugar
- π§ 2 tsp soy sauce
- π 1 tbsp vinegar
- π§ 1/2 tsp salt
- π 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
LANGKAH
Slice the pork thinly and marinate with soy sauce and sake.
Thinly slice the carrot. Heat the udon noodles in the microwave as per package instructions and place them in serving bowls.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add carrot, bamboo shoots, and bean sprouts in sequence, stir-frying each.
Add the soup ingredients (water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chicken stock) to the pan, bring to a boil, and cook until the vegetables are tender. Adjust seasoning with pepper.
Thicken the soup with a cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water). Pour the soup over the udon in bowls, garnish with green onion, and drizzle with chili oil if desired.
