BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 100g cooked sansai
- 1/2 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
LANGKAH
Wash the cooked sansai with water and drain thoroughly.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add chili flakes and sansai. Stir-fry until the sansai is coated with oil.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid is absorbed.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds and mix briefly before serving.
