BAHAN-BAHAN
Main
- 🍗 100g chicken breast (skinless)
- 🧅 100g red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp sake
Dressing
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
LANGKAH
Place chicken breast on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with salt and sake, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly under the wrap, shred into bite-sized pieces, and return to the plate with the cooking juices.
Thinly slice the red onion and soak in water to remove sharpness. Drain thoroughly. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (ponzu sauce, mayonnaise, and ground sesame). Add the prepared onion, kaiware sprouts, and chicken with its cooking juices. Toss gently to combine.
