- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped

- 🌭 3-4 frankfurter sausages, sliced
- 🥚 3 eggs, beaten
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- Sufficient olive oil for frying
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A sprinkle of sesame seeds

- 🍚 2 servings of cooked rice
Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
LANGKAH
Shred 1/4 head of cabbage into thin slices.
Slice 3-4 frankfurter sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Mix 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp cooking wine to make the sauce.
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl until smooth.
Chop 1 stalk of green onion and set aside.
Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper over the ingredients.
Heat sufficient olive oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the cabbage until it becomes translucent.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry the cabbage until evenly coated.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan in a circular motion and cook gently.
Drizzle 1 tsp sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving over hot rice.
