BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 5 sausages, thinly sliced
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 pack chives, cut into 5cm pieces
Staple
- 40g glass noodles
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds, to taste
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Thinly slice the sausages, julienne the carrot, and cut the chives into 5cm pieces.
Boil water in a frying pan, cook the glass noodles, then drain and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in the same frying pan and stir-fry the sausages. Add the carrot and glass noodles, and continue stir-frying.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, chicken stock powder, sake, soy sauce) and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add the chives and stir-fry briefly, then sprinkle with white sesame seeds before serving.
