BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- ๐ 2 fillets of Spanish mackerel
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- ๐ง 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- ๐ 1/2 tbsp citrus juice
Garnish
- ๐ Sufficient amount of kabosu or sudachi
LANGKAH
Combine the marinade ingredients (soy sauce, sake, mirin, citrus juice) and marinate the Spanish mackerel fillets for about 30 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the marinated mackerel skin-side down and cook for 1โ2 minutes until browned.
Flip the fish and cook for another 3โ4 minutes over medium heat until fully cooked. Plate the fish and garnish with halved kabosu or sudachi.
