- 🦪 5 scallops
Vegetables
- 🥔 200g potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- Chopped parsley, as needed
Dairy
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
- 🥛 200cc milk
Seasonings
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
LANGKAH
Cut scallops into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cube potatoes into 3cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
Heat butter in a pot and sauté onions and potatoes over medium heat until onions turn translucent.
Add flour to the pot and mix well. Pour in water, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.
Add milk, consomme, salt, pepper, and scallops. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake in a toaster until cheese is golden brown. Garnish with parsley before serving.
