- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- π§ 400ml water
Garnish
- 5g shredded nori
- π§ Chopped green onion, as needed
- π° A pinch of toasted sesame seeds

LANGKAH
Marinate the sea bream in soy sauce for 5 minutes.
Heat the dashi broth ingredients in a pot until boiling, then turn off the heat.
Prepare the garnishes: shredded nori, chopped green onion, sesame seeds, and wasabi.
Place cooked rice in a bowl, top with marinated sea bream and salmon roe, add garnishes, and pour the hot dashi broth over.
