- 🦐 200g mixed seafood
Noodles
- 🍜 2 packs udon noodles
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 handful green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
LANGKAH
Soak the seafood in cooking wine and soju to remove any fishy smell.
Slice 1/4 onion thinly.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Boil the udon noodles for 1 minute, then drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion until softened.
Add the seafood and sauce to the pan and stir-fry until the seafood is cooked.
Add the udon noodles and stir-fry quickly to combine with the sauce.
Add a handful of green onion and finish cooking.
