Rice
- ๐ 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
Seafood
- ๐ 1 can oil-packed tuna (70g)
Vegetables
- ๐ 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Condiments
- ๐ง 2 tsp soy sauce

- ๐ง 10g salted butter
LANGKAH
Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.
Heat a frying pan and add the tuna can with its oil. Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes until softened.
Add soy sauce and butter to the pan and stir until everything is well combined.
Transfer the cooked mixture to a bowl with the white rice and mix well.
