- 150g silken tofu
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red miso
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
Liquid
- 400ml water

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, add water and shijimi clams. Heat until boiling, then add dashi powder and tofu. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Dissolve the red miso into the soup and mix gently.
