LANGKAH
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, then slice thinly. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the microwaved bell peppers, boiled shirasu, concentrated soy sauce, and bonito flakes. Mix well.
