Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Seafood
- 30g dried shirasu
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetable
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves (120g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
LANGKAH
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add dried shirasu and stir-fry until moisture evaporates. Add cooked rice and stir-fry until rice becomes fluffy.
Push the rice to one side of the pan. Add beaten eggs to the empty space and stir-fry until semi-cooked. Quickly add lettuce and seasonings, then stir-fry until combined.
