BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 bag (200g) shirataki noodles
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper (40g), diced
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g), diced
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 chili pepper, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 50cc water
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
LANGKAH
Cut shirataki noodles into bite-sized pieces. Dice yellow bell pepper and tomato into 1cm cubes. Remove seeds from chili pepper and slice thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain well.
Heat salad oil and chili pepper in a frying pan over low heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add all seasoning ingredients (☆), mix well, cover, and simmer over low heat for 8 minutes. Remove the lid and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and evaporates.
Plate shirataki noodles, yellow bell pepper, and tomato. Top with meat miso and sprinkle chopped green onion.
