- 🥬 200g Chinese cabbage
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seafood
- 🍤 200g peeled shrimp
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Condiments
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Other
- 25 dumpling wrappers
- 1 tsp salad oil
LANGKAH
Mix vinegar and soy sauce together to prepare dipping sauce.
Chop Chinese cabbage into coarse pieces, rub with salt, and squeeze out excess water.
Chop shrimp into small pieces.
Beat eggs in a bowl. Heat salad oil in a pan, pour in eggs, and stir to make scrambled eggs. Let cool.
Combine cabbage, shrimp, scrambled eggs, and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix thoroughly by hand.
Wrap the filling in dumpling wrappers.
Boil water in a pot, add dumplings, and cook until they float to the surface. Remove and serve with chopped green onion and dipping sauce.
