LANGKAH
Finely mince the shrimp.
In a bowl, combine shelled edamame, minced shrimp, shredded pizza cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
Cut the spring roll wrappers in half.
Place the filling near the edge of the wrapper, roll it tightly, and twist both ends to seal.
Heat about 3cm of salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy.
