- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Processed Food
- 1 large hanpen (120g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- 1/2 piece minced ginger
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
LANGKAH
Chop half of the peeled shrimp roughly and mince the other half.
Slice the green onion thinly and mince the ginger.
Tear the hanpen into small pieces in a bowl and knead until smooth. Add shrimp, green onion, ginger, and seasonings, mixing well. Divide into 6 portions and shape each into a 1.5cm thick circle.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the tsukune in the pan and cook until golden brown. Flip, add sake, cover, and steam over low heat for 3 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.
