BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root (3cm piece)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
Wrapper
- 11 shumai wrappers
Seasoning
- Soy sauce, as needed
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
LANGKAH
Finely chop the shrimp and lotus root. Finely dice the onion.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, onion, and all ☆ seasonings.
Add the chopped shrimp and lotus root to the mixture and combine well.
Place the filling onto shumai wrappers and shape into shumai.
Place the shumai on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4.5 minutes.
