BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Seafood
- 🍤 6 shrimp (90g), peeled and deveined
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), thinly sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms (50g), separated
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Cheese
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Sauce
- 1/2 can white sauce
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
LANGKAH
Thinly slice the onion and separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand.
Peel and devein the shrimp, removing the tails. Wash and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and shimeji mushrooms, sauté until softened. Add shrimp and cook until they change color. Mix in the white sauce, milk, and season with salt and pepper.
Place cooked rice in a heatproof dish, pour the cream sauce over it, and top with pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
