BAHAN-BAHAN
Vermicelli
- 50g vermicelli
Seafood
- 🦐 150g cleaned shrimp
Vegetables
- 50g chives
- 🥕 30g julienned carrot
Aromatics
- 🧄 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 piece minced ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 pinch sugar
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 50ml water
LANGKAH
Soak vermicelli in hot water until softened, drain, and cut into manageable lengths.
Julienne the carrot, cut chives into bite-sized pieces, and mince garlic and ginger.
Wash shrimp and pat dry.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Increase to medium heat, add shrimp, and stir-fry until color changes. Remove shrimp from the pan.
Add carrot to the same pan and stir-fry. Add vermicelli and seasonings, mix well, and bring to a boil. Cover and steam for 2 minutes.
Uncover, add shrimp and chives, and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
