BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 🌱 1/4 cup chopped chives
Seafood
- 🍤 10 frozen shrimp
Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
Coating
- 🌾 1/2 cup flour
- 🥚 1/4 cup beaten egg
- 🍞 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Oil
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
LANGKAH
Chop zucchini, bell pepper, and chives into small pieces.
Beat 2 eggs and cook them into scrambled eggs.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped vegetables.
Add 1 bowl of cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry with the vegetables. Season with 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce.
Add the scrambled eggs and chopped chives to the rice mixture. Turn off the heat and mix well.
Blanch the frozen shrimp in hot water and remove excess moisture.
Shape the fried rice into balls and place a shrimp on top of each ball. Form into croquettes.
Prepare the coating: flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
Coat each croquette in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the croquettes until golden brown.
Remove the croquettes from the pan and drain excess oil. Serve hot.
