BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1/3 block tofu
- 🦐 150g shrimp
- 1/4 king oyster mushroom
- 🥕 1/5 carrot
- 1/5 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🥚 2 eggs
LANGKAH
Wrap tofu in a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess water.
Prepare shrimp, carrot, onion, mushroom, and zucchini.
Finely chop carrot, onion, mushroom, and zucchini, then transfer to a mixing bowl.
Mince the shrimp finely.
Add minced shrimp to the bowl with vegetables, then mix in 1 tbsp flour.
Add 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce to the mixture.
Crack 2 eggs into the bowl and mix well.
Heat a frying pan with enough cooking oil, then spoon 1 tbsp of the mixture onto the pan. Cook on medium-low heat.
Transfer cooked pancakes to a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
Serve as a side dish or with rice for a complete meal.
